Trust is so important in your relationship with God and really in any relationship. But why is it that sometimes we find it easier to trust someone else and not God, even though God has never once let us down! Trusting God should be so easy but we seem to be focused on all the wrong things.
Psalm 121: 1-3
1 "I lift my eyes to the hills-where does my help come from? 2 My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. 3 He will not let your foot slip-he who watches over you will not slumber"

I love the feeling of when you finally forgive someone and the bitterness goes away. The feeling of actually telling that person that you forgave them face to face is even better! I am so thankful for God bringing me to where I am today and teaching me how to forgive others. I am also extremely grateful for God's forgiveness because I know that none of deserves it! It truly amazes me how much God loves us!

I will never understand why it is ok for everyone else to act the way they want to, but if you are a Christian and you are living your life out for God, then they are put down. Oh well. To all who have a relationship with God: Continue to stand up for the TRUTH, which is God. " I am the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE.No one comes to the Father except through me" John 14:6. It takes a lot of courage to do and say the right thing, but nothing is impossible with God. God will be right there with you! We are the only hope for America! Pray for the lost and that one day their eyes will be opened to the Truth.

Be patient with God! Patience is so hard, is it not? But while we wait for whatever it may be, we need to, of course continue to fully trust God, but also serve God and keep pressing forward! God will never fail you!

I took what I thought was the most stressful test today. I was so nervous this morning, but I was reminded constantly that I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. I was on my way to school and I had gotten a new CD this week so I put it in. The song Strong Enough By: Matthew West came on and I felt more confident about taking the test and my nerves went completely away. Of course I successfully made it through the test and it was all thanks to God.
